About Us

Prior to establishing the business Theresa Cassidy worked for the DOE Planning Office where she gained a full understanding of the processes involved in the decision making of a planning application. Formally known as Johns Cassidy & Co, TC Town Planning and associates have accumulated more than thirty years experience in the public and private sectors.

TC Town Planning is able to provide guidance on environmental and ecological issues. Protection and understanding of our natural environment is prevalent in practices associated with urban and rural development. We can advise on best practice methods that can be incorporated into a proposal at an early design stage.

We engage with various licensing bodies for waste management facilities, local councils for building control requirements and can resource grant aid that may be available for various types of development thereby reducing the costs incurred by the developer.
